Hey there! I'm Kitt, or Allie. I'm a 31-year-old anxiety-ridden autistic from Canada. I go by she/they/it/any pronouns, am pansexual and demisexual, intersex and am non-binary. Cheebs are large-eyed derpy creatures with a base. They are approximately 400x400 pixels and the bases will be attempted to match the character or vibe.
For Sushi Dogs, the bases will match their food to the best of my ability! Feral only.There may be an extra fee for super difficult characters as they will take longer

Square Icons are 600 x 600 pixels in size and can have minor animation such as bobbing, blinking, fading, flipping or falling items! If animation is wanted, you'll receive a static version as well due to .gif quality output in Procreate not being 100%. Feral only.

By ordering a commission from me, user @Kitt ("the Artist"), you ("the Client", "(s)he / they") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Service listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Service may result in a rejected / cancelled commission with or without a refund, and / or a blacklist / public service announcement. The Artist has a right to refuse the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
The Client has a right to cancel the commission for whatever reason, with or without explanation.
(Please see Section 6 - Refunds for more information on cancellations.)
The Client agrees not to use the commission or any piece created by the Artist for use / any association whatsoever with NFTs / cryptocurrencies.
The Artist has a right to upload the commission on any / all social media (Furry-Paws, Twitter, DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Ko-fi, Discord servers, etc.) unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private.
Payment is to be made upfront after all of the commission details have been discussed and agreed upon.
The Artist will not work with deadlines or rush orders.
The Artist does not work on a "first come first serve" basis. Smaller commissions / commissions that do not take much time may be worked on in between larger commissions / commissions requiring more time.
NSFW commissions may only be ordered by a Client 18 years of age or older. If the Artist has any reason to suspect the Client is underage while asking for an NSFW commission, the commission will be automatically rejected / cancelled, in addition to being added to a blacklist.
The artist may and can refuse to sell any art, pre-made characters, commissions or etc to those they are uncomfortable with selling to; this may include those who "buy and sell" multitudes of characters. The artist does not view their art as something you can capitalize on.
The Client may contact the Artist at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, but no more than once each week. The Client is encouraged to contact the Artist via social media (Furry-Paws, Discord: @ Kittbutt, DeviantArt) if the Client is unable to reach the Artist via Toyhou.se.SECTION 3 - IMAGE RIGHTS
The Client may NOT make any edits to the completed commission (ex. Cropping, Adding text/ borders, Changing Brightness/ Contrast/ Hue/ Saturation...).
The Client may use / reupload the commission for personal / non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to the Artist (@Kitt) and a linkback to any of the Artist's art accounts (Toyhou.se, Ko-fi, DeviantArt, Furry-Paws) is provided.
If the commission includes characters that do not belong the Client, additional credit to the owner(s) / creator(s) of said characters must be provided when using / reuploading for personal / non-commercial use.
The Client may not use the commission for any commercial use unless discussed with the Artist beforehand.
Commissions for commercial use will be charged more than personal / non-commercial commissions. Prices are negoatiable.
If the commission includes characters that do not belong the Client, the Client can not use the commission for commercial use unless explicitly written permission from the owner(s) / creator(s) of said characters is provided. The only exception may be if this item is a gift.
The Client may not claim the commission as his / her / their own work, whether (s)he / they did or did not make any edits to the commission.
The Artist does not claim ownership to any of the characters / subjects portrayed in the commission. Characters belong to their respective creator(s).
The Artist does claim creation credits to any characters that have not previously existed and have been created solely or majorly on the artist's imagination.
The Client agrees not to use the commission or any piece created by the Artist for use / any association whatsoever with NFTs / cryptocurrencies.
The Client agrees not to use or associate any of the Artist's work, characters or ideas with or in any AI programs, etc. The Client may not teach AI the Artist's work in any format whatsoever.SECTION 4 - DELIVERY / TURNAROUND
All commissions will be done digitally.
There will be no hard copies.
The Client is paying for a service/ digital good and will not require any shipping of any kind.
All commissions will be done in the style as sampled in the style ordered.
All commissions will be .PNG with dimensions ranging from 50x50px or larger. Exceptions may be made, depending on the commission. Bases will be provided as a .PSD file.
The Client may ask for a specific canvas size for the commission.
Commissions with a canvas size larger than advertised may have an additional charge.
All commissions will be sent via e-mail with the completed commission .PNG file attached OR uploaded to a sta.sh and have the link provided for you via Toyhouse or Discord.
Unless specified not to upload the commission to the public, all commissions will be posted on the Artist's social media, resized and watermarked.
Commissions will be posted on the Artist's social media after the Client has received and approved the original and unmarked commission file.
The Client may choose to remain anonymous when the Artist publicly uploads the commission. PLEASE let me know upon ordering, though I may ask again.
Depending on the desired style and queue, the estimated turnaround is about one (1) week to two (two) months at the latest.
If the Artist has to take longer than two (2) months to complete the commission for whatever reason, the Client will be contacted and informed of the status of his / her / their commission.SECTION 5 - PAYMENT
Payment is to be made upfront, before the artwork has started due to past non-payments.
Payment is to be made via PayPal only
PayPal payment is to be done in USD (American Dollars).
PayPal payment must be sent using my paypal.me link or e-mail. It will be provided once commission is discussed.
The Client does not need to pay extra for any of the PayPal fees.
Payment must be sent within 48 hours after confirmation or the commission will be cancelled.SECTION 6 - REFUNDS
If the Client cancels his / her / their commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the commission has been finished:
65% refunded if in the lineart stage
50% refunded if in the base colours stage
30% - 20% refunded if in the shading stage/ final touches
The Client will not receive any files of the commission.
The Client will not receive any refund if the commission has already been completed.
If the Artist cancels the commission for whatever reason, the Client will receive a full refund, in addition to a .PNG file of whatever progress of the commission has been completed.
Refunds will be given within 72 hours after correspondence.
The Client will not be refunded if (s)he/ they are unsatisfied with the commission.
If the Client is unsatisfied with the commission, the Artist is willing to discuss and make minor edits (ex. adjusting colours), up to a maximum of two (2) times after correspondence. Any desired major revisions (ex. reposing, colour scheme change, etc.) will be rejected.
The only major revisions permitted are details that the Artist may have missed and was specified by the Client in the order form / correspondence while the commission was still in the sketching / lineart stage (ex. missing tattoo that's essential to the character's design).
Chargebacks by any means without prior discussion and agreement by both parties, at any point during the commission process, is against my ToS and will result in being blacklisted.SECTION 7 - COMMISSION PROCESS
The following is a sample of the Artist's commission process:
The Client orders a form located on the specific page of the artwork desired They will message me their form.
The Artist contacts the Client via e-mail within 72 hours after the Client has sent the order form, confirming the acceptance or rejection of the commission. Upon acceptance, the final price and details of the commission is confirmed.
The Client will then send payment via a provided Paypal.me link in the form of USD (American Dollars).
The Client will receive sketches and updates along the progress of their ordered piece. The Artist will wait for approval before continuing.
If Client does not need updates along the way, the above will be disregarded.
Once finished, the Artist will send the piece to the Client for approval. The Artist will wait for approval before anything else.
If permitted, the Artist posts a resized and watermarked version of the commission on social media.SECTION 8 - CHARACTER DESIGNS
The following are standard rules for character designs I've created that are NOT commissions (i.e, premade designs, gifts, etc)
If any character is to be re-vamped or re-designed, credit for original design to the Artist (Kitt) must still be provided.
If a character is a gift, giveaway prize or has been given for free, it may NOT be re-sold or traded for more than the worth of its extra added art. In other words, the (free) design is worth $0. The only value to it is its extra art.
Any character that is a premade design by me and has been purchased may NOT be re-sold for more than the worth of the purchase of character and its extra added art. This includes trading for higher value or other virtual art currencies such as vouchers, MYO tickets and etc. Custom ordered designs may be different as discussed upon ordering.
Character designs are still subject to other rules.
Litter Pups are allowed to be re-sold.

The following users have been blacklisted from purchasing characters, designs or commissions from me due to breaking my Terms of Service, being an unreasonable or negative person or making me feel uncomfortable. I don't want anything to do with people of this nature, which includes collecting money from them. This list is available to the public however I advise that you DO NOT harass, attack or abuse anybody on this list. This list is not meant to be or create a witch hunt.
